Put your judgment in the report

Pick stories to highlight in your client's scheduled report. You choose what deserves their attention in a report you own, under your brand.

Their world, not just their mentions

Monitoring tools answer "what's being said about my client". Clear Briefing answers "what's happening in my client's world": the regulation, the competitor move, the supply story that lands on their desk next week.

How it's set up

  • One instance for your agency

Your agency runs in its own isolated instance, separate from every other customer.

  • A private feed per client

Each client sees only their own briefings, alerts and people. Your agency admins see all clients. Your account managers see only the clients you assign them.

  • Add a source once

Your agency admin can share a source across clients and choose who sees it. Each client still gets their own briefings.

  • Bring your client's team

Invite your client's team to read their own briefings.

Your name on it

  • Your domain, like insights.youragency.com
  • Your logo and colours throughout
  • Branded PDF reports, on demand or on a schedule
  • Email digests sent from your address

Branding covers domain, logo, colours, PDFs and email. Menus and wording stay the same for now.

Who can do what

  • You (agency admin). Add sources, create clients, assign sources and account managers to clients, manage people, set the branding.
  • Account manager. Work on the clients assigned to you. Manage their feeds, supplementary sources, alerts and reports. Billing and branding stay with your agency admin.
  • Client admin. Someone on the client side. Adds their own sources and feeds, sets alerts, invites colleagues. Sees only their own company.
  • Client viewer. Reads briefings and digests, downloads PDFs, follows stories, and can keep private feeds of their own.

Safe to put your name on

  • Every briefing links to every source, so your client can check anything.
  • Each customer runs in its own isolated instance. Content never goes to a third-party AI service.
  • Canadian company, Canadian hosting.
